Neville Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Whenever a user opens her emails using outlook web access she gets a red cross and cannot send email but she can read her emails.
Michael Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 I believe this to be a bug between Exchange 2003 and IE7. You need to apply the latest service pack to Exchange server (which I believe is SP2).
