Looking for an IT support role where your work makes a real difference?

 

Lift Schools is recruiting an IT Technician to join our North London Technology Team. Based at Lift Beacon High (N7), you'll support four schools across the region, providing hands-on technical support and helping ensure technology enhances teaching and learning every day.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting Windows, ChromeOS and Apple devices
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Supporting classroom AV, telephony, printing, CCTV and access control
• Installing and maintaining IT equipment
• Contributing to infrastructure and technology improvement projects
• Working across four North London schools (travel expenses reimbursed)

 

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in an IT support role
• Enjoys troubleshooting and solving technical problems
• Can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Can manage their own workload across multiple sites
• Holds a full UK driving licence

 

School IT experience isn't essential. If you're keen to learn, we'll support your development with training including Google Workspace, ChromeOS, networking and emerging AI technologies.

💼 Permanent | Full-time (37 hours)
