Open sign

Hi,

 

Our HR team are using open sign and when they go to the software open sign they get this error message please see below 

 

 

When they are at a different site it works fine for them but when they are back in the main school the issue happens there only

Potentially something blocked on the firewall on the main school site?

Is it an actual app? Do you use decryption on your firewall/filter? 

 

We had a library app that played up because it used ssl, in the end we found the fqdn and excluded it from decryption for specific users.

Hi,

 

The user says when they upload a document they have to wait for a bit and then the message of the image i sent appears but when she does it at the other school it is working for her 

 

I checked the setting on open sign and the setting are okay,
