Excel 2000 Eroor

Hi,

 

Someone has just pointed out that on a pc, when they open Excel it works fine. But if they have publisher open, then try to open excel they get a runtime error.

 

I have checked both XLStart folders and there is nothing in there.

 

Any ideas?

Any ideas on this. The error message is attached.

I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing Office, along with the latest service pack. I seem to recall service packs for Office 2000 were particularly huge!
