Google Drive "Open-with" Suggested Apps directing to Adware and pop-ups

When selecting open-with on a .mp4 in Google Drive as any domain user, we are presented with a suggested app "Video Player for Google Drive" which directs us to a website which is covered in adware and lead to some innapropriate pop-up ads.

 

Is there any way to manage what shows as a suggested app? 

 

The app appears to not exist on the Google Workspace Marketplace so we can't exclude it from install or block it from the API controls section in Google Admin. I've attached a screenshot of what our users see.

That looks like a 3rd party app that has been installed.

 

Have a look at manage apps on this page https://drive.google.com/drive/settings

That's a suggested app, top of the list for just about anyone unfortunately.
