Technology plays a critical role in removing barriers, supporting inclusion, and ensuring every child and every member of staff has access to the digital tools they need to succeed. This role isn’t just about keeping systems secure and running. It’s about creating equity for our children.

Based at Heanor Gate Spencer Academy, you’ll work within our central IT team, helping deliver the One Spencer Plan through a modern, cloud-first approach. You’ll collaborate closely with school leaders and colleagues across our trust, living our values of Aspiration, Partnership, and Responsibility every day.
