There was a big push from Intel a couple of years ago and I had a demo of what it could do.  All looked nice but it added extra cost to the machines, pretty sure there was a cost for the software to interface with it and we found it was hit or miss if it was offered. So overall never had a critical mass of devices to play with it properly.

 

In my head it is one of those things if you get 1000s of devices and they are spread out across the country or internationally it may be a nice thing to have and worth the extra uplift.  For our purposes it just didn't add up.

 

But maybe it is one of those things that once you use you never want to go back?
