3rd Line Systems Engineer

This is a great opportunity for someone working in a senior technical role within a school or MSP who enjoys a varied infrastructure environment and wants to play a key part in improving systems and supporting users across the organisation.

Role snapshot

• Senior escalation point for networking and infrastructure issues
• Working across switching, firewalls, wireless and virtual environments
• Microsoft 365 and cloud services support
• Involvement in projects, upgrades and cyber security initiatives
• Collaborative IT team within a supportive education environment

 

Closing date Friday 3rd April.

Ideal background

• Experience in a school, college or MSP technical role
• Strong networking and server troubleshooting skills
• VMware or virtualisation experience
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping users and mentoring junior staff
