GPO Error

I have one GPO Policy which i havent edited in a long time.

I can edit it and change settings, however when i view the report or settings, i get

An error occurred while generating report:
An unknown error occurred while the HTML report was being created.

I've tried the GPO IE change from 1 to 0 but hasn't resolved the issue.

What is the next steps to try and find what is causing the issue within the policy?
