Get PE Evidence from VEO

We have an increasing number of pupils who's clubs are using VEO cameras to record. They then need these for evidence for their PE course.  Apart from screen grabbing in real time how do others handle this?

 

I would have thought that the pupil would need permission to download the file in question and this can be enabled by the club.
