idex authentication timing out? not 100% replicatable

Just recently we have had issue where user sessions on the internet are timing out.

 

For example, tonight I have tested a session and looked in the web filter logs and saw the user name being populated in the logs.

 

I went away for about 5 mins and came back to the test session at 20:18:34 the web filter logs are not showing the username just the IP address, tried browing around, anything that need to go through the fitler, nothing would display a web page that was being filtered or proxied. We have a few trusted sites that we allow like our school website and the bbc.co.uk which we whitelist - these sites still worked as they were not being filtered. This happened on both Edge and Chrome - both versions up to date.

 

At 20:32:12 without logging off or restarting the machine, the proxy started working and can see the username in the logs again.

 

Anyone able to help on this matter?
