Howdy everyone - we are considering moving our CleverTouch digital signage to TrilbyTV - which after seeing the demo at BETT I was impressed with. It is expensive, but our Headteacher likes it.

So - the hardware - CleverTouch runs on Pico MK5 boxes - these are Android - not sure which version. Has anyone returned these to factory Android? It could save us some money on the hardware side of things. I have bought one Firestick to try it and Trilby TV it runs really nice although some of the formatting looked off compared to the windows app which I am also running.

The question now is do I spent time trying/researching the MK5 boxes back to Android, or do I just buy 10 new firesticks and get them going.

I suppose a final question - has anyone bothered with TrilbyTV? £1800 for unlimited screens.

We use TrilbyTv have done for near on 2 years. 4 iiyama Android screens and a larger screen powered by a Windows PC. We had trouble with a the android app to begin with but the devs were helpful and were giving us nightly builds to test. Once it was set up we havent had to touch it in nearly 2 years other than adding a new screen. Our comms team deal with the content and they have never had to come to us to sort things out.
