Cloud storage, home access

Schools that have moved all storage to the cloud, do you allow staff full access to this from personal devices?  Do you have any restrictions in place on what they can access / download?  

 

Do you provide school devices for staff to work from home if they don't have a personal device available?

 

Obviously will have things like 2fa in place, this is more about access to data and the concerns around it being downloaded and saved to local devices. 

 

At the moment we provide secure remote access, but I'm leaning towards allowing personal devices once fully cloud, supported by further staff training.  We already do annual cyber security and data protection training, but could also add in further guidance for working from home.
