I have a user who wishes to use the "New" Version of outlook. Ok fine No worries here.

However when they try and open it they get the message

"Your account does not have permission to access the new Outlook on Windows,Choose another account or manually add an exsisting Office subscription"

I've tried the user on Office A1, Office A3, and even Microsoft A3, Both the A3's should come with Outlook?

User is able to use the 2024 LTSC version of outlook with no issue (licenced though volume)

Any Ideas?  I've tried things like profile resets already.

Solved it myself.

Turns out user needs access to the MS store as well, we have it disabled for staff and students.
