Backup Files Excluded?

We are trying to backup some files on a file share using Attix5 version 4.4.1, and we keep getting the following message:

 

"Warning Failed To Read Security Descriptor for file E:\users...reason: Access is denied"

 

 

This is only happening to files in this particular drive. We have checked permission on share and they are identical to backups which work fine and we have also tried with full access on the share which gives back the same results.

 

Barring any issues to do with full access to the domain for the backup user account, what else could be causing this issue?

If you logon using the backup service account can you access the files?
