Healthy Partition not showing up in Diskpart

There seems to be a 43 Gb partition that I can't find in file explorer, nor Diskpart

 

Ideally like to give it a letter so I can use it

 

or

 

Extend the C drive into it

 

Any help appreciated

for diskpart,  'list partition' should show it, it looks like it doesn't have a drive letter so you can assign it one from diskmgmt or delete it and expand c:\

I typed list partition

 

Then Sel partition 5

 

Then assign letter=D

 

But it said No Volume Selected

 

Looks like it can't assign a letter to a partition

Never done it from cmd line, disk management should let you assign a letter to it / Change the drive letter or delete it

Does 'detail partition' show anything, for example a scratch disk in mine

 

DISKPART> select partition 3

I went to DM and right clicked

 

All it gave was "delete partition"

 0FC63DAF-8483-4772-8E79-3D69D8477DE4 says that's Linux Filesystem data? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUID_Partition_Table

 

You could change the type to a more normal Windows data partition with 'set id=ebd0a0a2-b9e5-4433-87c0-68b6b72699c7'   but I don't know if it would be readable.
