SIMS 2019 Autumn Installable Help

I found an old SIMS install on my PC from years ago. It is in a zip and it's password protected. I cannot for the life of me think where the password could be. I have searched through my PC, emails, etc to no avail. Does anyone have the password as I need to use the installable for something? It should be the default one, but I am not sure where it is/whether it has been deleted from automatic email deletion.

Would your local support unit/supplier for SIMS not give you a more modern install if you need this?

Since you're a new user here, we just want to make sure everything is above board—we occasionally get requests from students or others trying to access accounts for assignments or other reasons.

 

No accusation intended at all; it's just an overabundance of caution to protect everyone's security. Could you please explain the situation a little more?

I don't have a login anymore so I can't share the exact link but if you head over to https://customer.support-ess.com/ and search for "2019 installable" there should be a KB article with all the passwords including for FMS etc.

 

Although I believe that a new updated 2023 one was made so you're probably better off using that if you want anything serious setup, less patches to run etc etc. 

 

I've not done a new SIMS install in years but I always remember it being a pain!
