Moving Away From Trend Micro Hosted Email Security

Hi Everyone, 

 

Has anyone made the move away from using Trend Micro Hosted Email Security? We use Office 365 for our emails here and as part of moving to a Trust, we won't be using Trend Micro any longer. I remember back when we first set up HES years ago that we had to include MX records and do things in the background in Office 365, but it's been so long that I can't quite remember what! I would log a call with Trend Micro but can't seem to log an account on their site as our Activation Keys don't work despite being valid until July 2026.

 

Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated!
