Bromcom Windows Notifications

For such a long time now, probably since we moved to bromcom we have experienced such an unreliable experience with Bromcom Windows Notifications.

We are an Edge shop only, we do block all notifications apart from X which does include (https://cloudmis.bromcom.com/) we do not allow push.getbeamer.com. 

For some people it works, from some it doesn't and that will frequently change between them there's no pattern or consistency to it at all.

 

They have no desire to use the email method, I'm lost as to finding the issue. Clear Cache doesn't work either.

I can happily use HTML5 Web Notifications Test - Bennish.net all day and it works fine everytime. 

 

Bromcom support contacted many times, no resolution.
