Bromcom : Access Arrangements

Good morning - a question for Bromcom users regarding Access Arrangements.

 

We have followed the instructions to import Access Arrangements for our Year 10/11 pupils that need special consideration by following this: How to Import Access Arrangements in Bulk – Bromcom – Documentation Centre

 

They have imported successfully and show in the Student Information Window (when we access it). However they do not show in the Exam Module for that pupil. It seems we should have put them in via the Exam Module first and they would have come through to the pupil. So it looks like despite importing them, we need to re-enter them a second time for them to show in the Exam module. Does this sound right?

 

Surely if we import them as per that instruction document then any part of the system should be able to access the information.

 

It's probably a simple permission somewhere - but I cannot find it.
