Transforming Lives Educational Trust is expanding its IT provision and we’re looking for a talented IT Systems Engineer to help us deliver exceptional digital support across our four academies in Rugby.

💼 About the Role
As our new IT Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting both staff and pupils, and maintaining secure, reliable systems that empower teaching and learning.

You’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support across multiple local school sites, working collaboratively as part of our dedicated IT Support Team. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Maintaining Windows-based systems and networks

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Ensuring data security and system reliability

• Delivering outstanding user support with a friendly, professional approach

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and systems administration

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
