We had no access when I got in on Friday, then it came up briefly, then down until the afternoon, then back up, and looked like they'd sorted it.

It went down between 7.15-7.45pm yesterday (looked at logs), and wasn't up this morning.

We're still without internet access.

SIMS is now not saving registers, and we're unsure if that's because something is locked due to SIMS NextGen (the only internet-related thing that's changed recently).

While it's a P1 case, and we're getting updates every hour/couple of hours, we're feeling a little in the dark, so I'm just wondering if there's any fellow travellers who can relay their experience.

Thanks,

Enbiggen.

I've got the same issues in Derbyshire.  The updates from Nasstar are concerning as it sounds like they haven't got a clue to what is causing this!  The hourly updates are not good enough!

Some of my schools have some connectivity, but my RMM tools are reporting them offline.  VoIP is down, Uniflow is down.

I feel completely in the dark and getting more frustrated by the hour!!!

Latest update:

/ A technical bridge continues to investigate, the network routes are being analysed by several SMEs
/ The impact to business has now been confirmed to be the Spalding sites, with some network connectivity being present, but not enough to be classed as operation.
/ Sites outside of Spalding appear to be operating from approximately 19:15.

Next Update Due: 13:00

Is Spalding looks to be in Lincolnshire, so I'm assuming it's a hub, as we're in West Yorkshire. I hope they get it back up soon so I can concentrate on one problem at a time.

Good to have someone else on Edugeek to compare notes with.

I think their resolution suggests that they found something specific - the "Telehouse link" - which they're now routing around to avoid it, until that gets fixed. It's better than the message on Friday that read as thought they'd just rebooted it.

The spalding link is myself. Since having every single outage ,however small flag up on my monitoring , and getting a ' we found no issues ' I now work with them at a technical level testing. I know its down even before they do! They have shut down the telehouse connection.

We had 1 site out of 4 working one routed via derby the rest telehouse.

We've just had two drop-outs this morning of about 5-10 minutes - one coming back up at 7:07, the other at 7:40.

I tried to use the portal link on emPSN's website, but that doesn't work either through their network, or my phone. I've been in touch via phone, but they say they can't see any drops... It's not ideal, especially with emPSN due to close next October.

I had a couple of brief drops this morning but only for a few minutes... I wouldn't have noticed apart from working in one of the schools and I checked my RMM which showed others offline.
