Arbor to SchoolCloud Parents Evening - no parents syncing

We are about to run a meet the form tutor session using SchoolCloud Parent Evening video calls.

 

We have an issue where only parents are not appearing in SchoolCloud Parents Evening system - I have been told this is because parents DO NOT have a visible Parent ID that is available for SchoolCloud to import and link to students. The only visible ParentID is in the URL, yet Students and Teachers all have a visible ID.

 

Does this mean that SchoolCloud is not compatible with Arbor? How have others got around this issue?
