USB Speaker issue after initial boot.

Hi all,

 

First post so accept my apologies.

 

We've recently ordered a couple of sets of these speakers from Amazon. They're used with laptops and work fine, so long as they're plugged in before the laptop powers on. If they're plugged in afterwards, they light up but aren't detected as an audio device and so don't work. All laptops tried are running Windows 11.

 

I've tried:

1. Using a different USB port / different laptop

2. Uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers

3. Restarting audio services

 

Not really sure what else to try, I'm a bit of a noob.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
