SIMS saving issue

Hi there!

 

I’m relatively new to the world of MIS systems.

we currently have an issue that members of staff are unable to save into SIMS, it just times out. 
Our exams officer cannot save exam eateries for example but it is a school wide issue.

 

if someone could help that would be awesome

Following my previous message; I have been advised that your local authority provide your SIMS support, in this instance you will need to reach out to them.
