jonnykewell1 Posted September 21, 2025 Posted September 21, 2025 I've just been reading a post about this on Edugeek. I believe Smart have acknowledged a problem in 25 and are working on a fix.

kidpressingbuttons Posted September 22, 2025 Posted September 22, 2025 Smart are being very cagey at the moment. We have found boards running firmware that has caused us major issues then overnight a new revision has quietly been released. Same with Smart notebook- SP2 has been released with no release note etc. Someone has really messed up this summer it seems! 1
Bankesy Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 I saw this issue with a couple of users here, but didn't think too much of it, as not every file was affected, and it seemed intermittent. Glad I found this thread. I thought it had something to do with moving to Win 11\latest version of SMART over the Summer.
