Smoothwall service

We use Radius accounting from our wifi controller to share usernames with smoothwall.  It seems to have stopped working.  The Radius service on smoothwall is showing a red x, even though we aren't using the smoothwall to authenticate the users, I'm assuming this is likely the problem and needs to be running?  

 

Is there a simple way to start this service again, via web interface or terminal without bouncing the server?

Support remotely started it, all seems well now.
