Users being signed out at random

Hi, 

 

We have been having a difficult time trying to resolve what seems to be a site wide issue that is signing people out at random ranging between from being logged in for 30 seconds to being logged in for 1h30. 

 

We have checked event logs and are getting "User Log-off Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program" every time someone is logged off.

 

We have had a google and have followed some other guides in regards to how to resolve this issue but nothing seems to be working.

 

Was hoping someone has had this issue before and could offer some input. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
