MS Edge - Password Manager / Wallet - Not Syncing for Users

Morning all,

 

Ready to blow my brains out with this one as have been investigating for about 2 days now with no joy.

 

I cannot for the life of me get the Wallet / Password Manager to Sync peoples website passwords online (guessing to Entra?) however it does for myself as an admin.

I have removed GPO's, made test users local admins, checked M365 licensing against that which I have and still no joy.

 

Anyone else had anything like this?

Old Internet Explorer 10 GPO settings.

 

Note: The "prevent changing proxy settings" are still valid in the IE10 GPO section to stop changing of proxy in Windows itself (WinHTTP) and also the "Proxy Settings" in the IE10 section are also still relevant if you want the proxy at base OS level (again WinHTTP), everything else in the IE10 settings just nuke.

 

We had loads of old IE settings going back to the days of IE 7,8,9 and 10 in a GPO that was interfering with Edge.
