introduction to IT systems letter

Afternoon,

 

SLT wants to get a letter out the the new year 7 parents with an introduction to the system we have, their login information and instructions

 

Does anyone have any examples of anything like this or even just some wording I can steal

 

Would need to explain that all school services are sso so only need one login. But I think SLT are expecting detailed instructions for each platform we use.

I would just put below the login details "The account information above will provide access to all of the platforms your child will be able to use within the schools ICT systems".
Then provide a list of the systems it can be used on within the school so there is no excuse not have been informed.
