Duplicate Students Crashing SIMS

I know everyone is knee deep in exams today but can anyone help with an admitting students issue??

 

We have admitted the new year 7 students ready for September but when I look at future students there are duplicates of the students with identical admission numbers! When I try to go into the records this error comes up crashing Sims!!

 

 

Not been able to find the error code anywhere online!

 

Any help greatly appreciated!!

You'll almost certainly have to raise this with support and get them to do something in the backend

I have had this issue before, There is a patch for this exact issue.  Support will be able to give you this, just run it on the server.
