Good Morning!

We have roughly 150 Windows laptops here on site running Windows 11 Pro and GCPW. We do not have any on-prem servers and are exclusively Google (no Active Directory / Azure here!)

Very occasionally - like once a month - a user will experience issues logging in after their PC has locked after a period of inactivity.

The error message reads "The sign-in method you're using isn't allowed. For more info contact your network administrator"

If the user then restarts their PC they can login without any issues but obviously this is extremely frustrating and time consuming.

Has anyone here experienced any similar issues?

Many thanks

Hi Davit - this is happening to multiple users (albeit very randomly) on various decices..

There appears to be no correlation or cause as far as I can see
