philh2002 Posted July 25, 2025 Posted July 25, 2025 Good Morning! We have roughly 150 Windows laptops here on site running Windows 11 Pro and GCPW. We do not have any on-prem servers and are exclusively Google (no Active Directory / Azure here!) Very occasionally - like once a month - a user will experience issues logging in after their PC has locked after a period of inactivity. The error message reads "The sign-in method you're using isn't allowed. For more info contact your network administrator" If the user then restarts their PC they can login without any issues but obviously this is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Has anyone here experienced any similar issues? Many thanks
philh2002 Posted August 15, 2025 Author Posted August 15, 2025 Sorry to 'bump' this but any advice would be greatly appreaciated!! 🙂 Thank you!!
philh2002 Posted August 18, 2025 Author Posted August 18, 2025 Hi Davit - this is happening to multiple users (albeit very randomly) on various decices.. There appears to be no correlation or cause as far as I can see
