Quick Access Pins disappearing

Hi all,

wanted some advice on what to try really. Had some users report that their quick access pin’s in file explorer keep disappearing. These are folders located on a network drive but they haven’t had any recent connection issues. We’ve tried resetting the file explorer settings and doing a repin of the folders but it’s occurred again. Anything I should try?

Have they pinned more than 50 folders? I believe thats the limit.

I don’t believe so. How do people even keep track of that?!
