Smoothwall - MyConcern

Has anyone else had any issues this morning with Smoothwall blocking MyConcern under "Child Abuse"?

My team have raised this with support but just wondering if this is a us or a general issue...

This is under investigation - a ticket from yesterday caused a fix to be added, and that fix made things a LOT worse - a new blocklist will be released asap, that should fix it for all (except maybe the person from yesterday)

Hi Tom it is still being blocked for us 

 

login.thesafeguardingcompany.com is the URL it is being blocked under Child Abuse.  Our smoothwall is run by our LEA though not by us, so I am not sure if they'd use the global blocklist or not, I can't override any of the categories in Child Abuse so I can't bypass the block !

They will use the global blocklist  - it might take up to an hour for an on prem system to "notice" the new rules and apply them, we should be coming up to the maximum amount of time now, are we still blocked?
