IT Technician - Wandsworth - £28,531-£30,772

We are seeking to recruit an on-site IT Technician to support pupils, staff and other users with their IT requirements as well as to complete additional project work across the school. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of tasks both within the department and across the wider school campus.

 

To succeed in this important role, you will need some of the following knowledge and experience:

 

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical info to non technical users
• Experience of IT in an Educational Environment
• Installation & configuration of a range of software and hardware.
• Active Directory knowledge (incl. DNS, DHCP, GPOs)
• Knowledge and experience of working with VLANs.
• Knowledge and experience of administering a Google workspace tenant
• Knowledge of managing Apple Devices via MDM (Jamf)
