They are one of the two distributors most of our resellers use for all hardware and software.  The article appears to imply that MSPs are unable to manage customer licencing renewals for backup software and 365 (amongst other things)... If they don't a a DR plan more robust and responsive the M&S, this could be months of chaos and higher prices for all things IT.
