Failing to renew/activate new O365 subscription

Hi,

 

Is anyone else struggling with activating Office 365 services? We've had a call open with Microsoft for over a month now, and some of our subscriptions run out this week.

 

Since they've moved from the now dead VLSC portal, we can't get the new ways to work, and get an error page when we try to renew/activate any service we have.

 

Any help gratefully received!

The licences tend to work for about 1 month after they expire, so hopefully that's enough time

I hope so as they're not helping much....
