Copilot - web or app?

Hi

 

We have A3 here, so we have access to the basic level protection of Copilot. 

 

We are wanting to introduce this properly to staff. 

 

Would you just link to the web version or would you want to integrate Copilot into Windows? Is there any advantage to either?

 

EDIT: Just noticed Copilot integration with the teams app, may just use that instead

We also are licensed with A3 and we had a lot of issues with the Windows app, specifically where it would just crash/refresh and lose progress and it would also not save a chat history. Due to this, we pushed staff to using the web version, which was much more reliable. We disabled the Windows app via GPO and haven't looked at it since, so for all I know, those issues may be resolved.
