Azure pricing help

Looking at pricing to move our servers to Azure and the pricing calculator is confusing with the different options. Please could you give me a ballpark figure of how much we would be looking at for a file server with 2TB of storage, 16GB RAM and say a server suitable for SIMS with 200GB storage 8GB RAM.

My Quick maths puts that at £180 / Month just for the file server (4vcpu) [assuming on 24/7]

 

This is part of the reason people end up spending insane amounts of money on going to the cloud, because they try to replicate a local server on a VPS and try go spec for spec. 

And that's not including the pain of getting a azure VPS to something you can load as an SMB (Type) share and map as a drive.

 

For a "File Server" SharePoint is likely the better option for staff files, anything you would map as a local drive etc and this should be included in whatever 365 licences you have now.

Or whatever there S3 Equivalent is which will be around £6/TB/Month + integration software
