I can't figure out how to get SIMS Online Options working even with the login...

I am trying to access the tool for Online Options in SIMS and, even with the login provided by the SIMS admin, I am unable to go any further and just instead greeted with a blue/grey screen within SIMS platform. Any advice?

Hi, Did you manage to find out what the issue was with the blue screen as I am experiencing the same issue?

Hello, yes we did eventually manage it. I asked our SIMS admin to make me an admin for SIMS and Options Online and the permissions populated for some reason, just being a user wasn't enough.
