Hi,

our school offers 'A' level courses to a local school.  Both schools use O365.

Today a pupil from the other school came to see us as they couldn't open one of their notebooks on their main school O365 account in OneNote.

A bit of head scratching and going through forgetting accounts etc..  Then I noticed that even though they were logged in as school A on OneNote the URL for the notebook was school B.  So to access the notebook they had to log in as school B.  All of the other notebooks were school A.

How is this possible? and how do we stop it (if we can) from happening again and can we change the notebook back from school B to school A.
