Iiyama 04 Series - Mark over a Mirrored Windows screen

Hi,

 

We have a number of 04 Series panels

Either with Iiyama Share or Bytello share we have an issue with one

 

Mirror screen

Use menu and select Mark on 04 series

Instead of marking over the screen goes black

 

Tried re installing

iPad works ok

Mirroring an Android at same time splitting screen worked

 

When we stopped screen split worked but then mirroring PC on its own , Mark option again produced a black screen
