Jaan Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Hi all, One for those using signInApp or anybody that know the system.... Is there a way for SignInApp to print the evac registers similar to how Inventry did as well as (or instead of) using the apps. We have been asked to check if it supports "offline" paper registers in the event that the technology isn't available for whatever reason, no wifi/data/Staff don't want to install the app! Our current fire evac policy requires the use of the evac reports printed from Inventry. Whilst i understand that we should be using the apps.... we might not be able to as our evac points are also in the middle of the fields with no WIFi there and poor data coverage. cheers all
andy_b Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 I think you can only print "completed" evacuation reports (but I could be wrong): Quote Viewing completed reports Once the evacuation report has been closed for all it can now be viewed from any device with access to the evacuation reports. From the reports section Sign In App portal you can view, print, export and delete evacuation reports. You can navigate to your evacuation reports from the portal by going to Evacuate > View previous report or Reports > Evacuations, click on a report to view the report details. Clicking the printer icon will give you the option to print or download the report. Click the bin icon to delete the report (this action can’t be undone). So you would need to start an evacuation, end it, then print the list - but it isn't the most print friendly list.
lmrogers Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 On the web portal you can print an evacuation list which shows all the people that are currently signed in. We have a shortcut to that page on out staff devices and when the alarm goes they quickly click the shortcut print the list and get to the evac point.

Can you provide a screenshot or anymore info please?
lmrogers Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 The users just need to have the right permissions set to have the Evacuation List option at the top. 1
Jaan Posted April 23, 2025 Author Posted April 23, 2025 ah ok. I'm currently a admin user..... so might not have that as standard. Thanks
lmrogers Posted April 23, 2025 Posted April 23, 2025 Just make sure you have that enabled for whatever role your account has.
Jaan Posted April 23, 2025 Author Posted April 23, 2025 (edited) Again thanks for this..... i seems that if you have "shared evacuations" enabled, the "evac list" doesn't appear at the top of the screen. Edited April 23, 2025 by Jaan 1
