Exporing science 7 (CC3 network)

I ve installed this piece of software and its been driving me mad! It all works ok but even if you log onto the system as a teacher and giving privalige for that user on the laptop and even putting security level to 'none' (CC network) when they create a lesson plan hyperlinks dont appear but if I log on as a administrator the hyperlinks show up in the software (Program seems to be flash based)

 

I was hoping this might be something to do with an active directory setting for the users, maybe? can anyone help?
