Train travel Birmingham Airport to London

I need to travel from Birmingham Airport to London on Good Friday.  Then return on a normal weekday I played around with Train line and West Midland’s Trains.  Do I need to pre book tickets also I tried to work out if on line sells me the tickets for that time is it valid for that time?

Birmingham Airport is on the West Coast Main Line, which terminates at Euston. There is a massively reduced timetable usually on Good Friday - and you're lucky to get a train an hour over Easter Weekend - if there are any at all - so just be aware of that!

I would always recommend booking ahead if you can, most of the service providers will offer significant discounts if you book ahead.
