MS Teams - Muting Students from Chatting ( Posting/Reply Messages)

Hi , All

 

I have been doing some basic setup of Teams for ICT, Most of it is a manual process for now while i get some automation going.

 

For anyone who uses Teams Classroom to deliver lessons, is there away to do the following Automatically when the classroom is setup, PowerShell preferably if it can’t be done centrally.

 

1.) In the members list i can "Mute" all kids , This stops them responding to assignments with comments.

 

2.) Under the channel i can select "Only Owners can post messages" , Can this be done with a powershell command.

 

I cant seem to find any commands to do this via Powershell .
