I've been blessed to work with some great colleagues over the years and (unfortunately for me) they've been offered some huge opportunities that will progress their career even further and whilst I'm supportive, I'm sad to see them go. It just so happens to both be at the same time, which now means we've got to fill our previous capacity along with a new role that will strengthen the whole team.
