SIMS Migration

We recently migrated away from SIMS to Bromcom. As part of the ESS licence agreement we need to delete/remove the SIMS software. In order back up any data that hasn't been migrated over to Bromcom our MIS support providers are charging us to do the following: 

 

1. Generate complete financial records for the current and previous 6 years.
2. Generate a concise and secure summary of your pupil and staff records.

 

Anyone know how we can do this ourselves? It can't be that difficult for them to be charging us for it. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, the first link seems to only archive pupils data. We need something that will archive all pupil and staff data from the past 10 years or so.
