ULN Service Down?

I'm trying to access the ULN service in S2S but I get a blank error page instead. Anyone else have this?

S2S appears to have died completely this morning with a 500 Internal Server Error.

I've had a service request logged as the ULN service wasn't producing a download just giving an 'Application Error', seems they performed an upgrade over the weekend and broke something. I think it's offline this morning whilst they fix things.

Still not working. My census was due yesterday. How am I meant to complete it when I can't retrieve ULNs???

You can always look up ULNs via LRS manually but if there are any more than a handful it's not a quick task.

S2S ULN service does not work. The error message is unclear and doesn't tell me to visit the LRS portal.The interface in the portal is horrible and unclear. The batch functionality does not input or output CTF files, the standard file type to transfer data between schools and organisations (WHY???) and requires excess effort to import and export from the MIS. The entire service smacks of poorly planned and maintained systems tacked together with governmental duct tape and not fit for purpose at all. Thank you for driving myself and other data managers through the floor and out the door into a pit of despair and grief as a direct consequence of using this shoddy and broken system (yes has this actually happened).

 

And reload both barrels....
